“A partner model vs build model can help us get to market faster, more efficiently. Brim was a natural partner for us and there are lots of benefits in partnering with Brim. For example, it takes 25 days to get a customer to ‘Yes’ with our current Visa product. With Brim, we’ll be able to do adjudication right there in real time. It’s a virtual onboarding process as well and cardmembers will be able to access their virtual card immediately.”

Card issuing is a complex challenge. Many FIs struggle with managing multiple legacy platforms and solutions, often from a variety of vendor partners, with each covering only specific card types or a portion of the overall card issuing and program management process. Simply maintaining existing capabilities can be a significant undertaking. This is made even more challenging by the range of the card capabilities now coming onto the market, along with rapidly shifting customer expectations.
Brim Financial solves these problems with a full-scale end-to-end solution that aims to simplify this complexity using a single but highly detailed and functional platform. It offers remarkably high degrees of both bank and business end-user configurability and control. The platform’s scalability and ability to add new functionality to card programs as required mean both banks and their commercial and business card end users can grow together.
